Welcome! These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) govern your use of casumo sister sites (the “Website“), our Canadian gaming site. We’re a gambling provider, and these Terms explain how our product works and what you agree to when you use it. Please read them before you register — when you open an Account you confirm you’ve read and accepted them.
1. Key Definitions
- Account — an account held with us by a registered player.

2. Changes to These Terms

Where a substantial change is made, we’ll notify you on the Website at your next login and ask you to re-accept before continuing. If you don’t agree, you won’t be able to keep playing. All versions are dated; please check periodically.
3. Opening an Account
4.1. To deposit and play, you must register personally and open an Account. By doing so you confirm that:
- You are at least the minimum legal gambling age in your province of residence (18 or 19).
- You will open and hold only one Account, in your own name, for your personal, non-professional, recreational use only.
- You are a resident of and accessing the Website from Canada, in a province where our services are authorised. Access from Restricted Jurisdictions (including temporary visitors) is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for your login details and for keeping them secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- All information you provide is complete, true and kept up to date.
- You will not transfer funds to or from other players, sell or share your Account, or deposit funds from illegal sources.
- We do not accept credit cards. You will only use payment methods that legally belong to you.
- You are responsible for any taxes due on your winnings.
- You understand that gambling carries a real risk of losing money.
4.2. Only one Account per person, household, IP address and device is allowed. Duplicate Accounts may be suspended or closed.
4. Verification (KYC)
5.1. At registration we require your date of birth, full name, residential address, email, contact number, and a username and password.
5.2. We must verify your age before you can deposit, play, or use any bonus. We may request ID documents such as a current passport, photo driving licence, or other government-issued ID. Until verification is complete to our reasonable satisfaction, we may restrict your Account, including withdrawals.
5.3. As a licensed operator we have anti-money-laundering obligations. If requested information or documents (including source of funds) aren’t provided or aren’t satisfactory, we may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds, and report to the authorities.
5.4. If you’re found to be under the legal age, we’ll close your Account, void all winnings and bonuses, and return your deposits.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the Website. We accept payments in Canadian Dollars (CAD) only. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
6.2. Deposited funds may only be used to place stakes or settle related fees.
6.3. You may withdraw real-money deposits and winnings at any time, provided all payments have cleared, verification is complete, and there is no ongoing investigation into a game defect or prohibited activity.
6.4. Withdrawals are normally paid using the same method you deposited with, and only to the registered Account holder. A withdrawal request should be approved or denied within three (3) days.
6.5. We don’t charge a fee for withdrawals over CAD 15; a CAD 5 fee applies to withdrawals below CAD 15.
6.6. Casino games are consumed instantly — once you play, the transaction is complete and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6.7. We may run additional verification for any pay-out over CAD 1,500, or cumulative withdrawals over CAD 3,000.
6. Errors
If we mistakenly credit your Account, the funds remain ours and will be reclaimed; we may void transactions and winnings arising from the error. If you’ve already withdrawn such funds, the amount becomes a debt owed to us. Please report any incorrect crediting to us immediately.
7. Promotions and Bonuses
8.1. Any bonus, reward or promotion is subject to these Terms plus its own specific terms, which take precedence in case of conflict.
8.2. If we find a bonus is being abused or our terms breached, we may cancel the bonus and any bonus winnings, bar you from future bonuses, and/or close your Account. Examples of abuse include: using more than one account; the max bet using bonus money exceeding CAD 5 per spin (including feature-buy options) before wagering is met; equal/zero/low-margin bets; collusion; software manipulation or exploiting loopholes; masking your IP or using a VPN; placing single bets of 20%+ of the bonus value before wagering is met; and failing to follow wagering requirements.
8. Responsible Gaming
9.1. We want your play to stay safe and sustainable, and we provide tools to help you stay in control. You can set these via the “Play OK” settings in your Account or by contacting Customer Support; this service is available 24/7.
9.2. Limits. You can set wagering, loss or deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing or revoking a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
9.3. Session limits & reality checks. You can cap your session time and set reminders showing how long you’ve played and how much you’ve spent or won.
9.4. Self-exclusion. You may self-exclude for a minimum of six (6) months up to a maximum of five (5) years. During this period the Account cannot be reopened. Any balance is returned once self-exclusion is registered. Reactivation after the period requires contacting us, a discussion with our team, and a further 24-hour cooling-off period.
9.5. Timeout. You may set a timeout of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or any period up to 6 weeks.
9.6. Under-age gambling. Gambling under the legal age in your province is illegal. Please don’t share login or payment details with minors, and consider parental-control or gambling-blocking software (e.g. Gamblock, Netnanny).
9.7. Provincial self-exclusion programs. Depending on your province, you may also be able to self-exclude through the responsible-gambling program operated by your provincial regulator or lottery/gaming corporation. Make sure the details you register there match those on your Account so the exclusion applies. Account limits and self-exclusions set with us apply to this Website only. 9.8. If we believe gambling is causing you financial or personal harm, we may close your Account. For support, please see our responsible-gaming pages or contact our trained Customer Support Team.
9. Inactive Accounts
An Account with a real-money balance that hasn’t been accessed for twelve (12) consecutive months becomes “Inactive”. We’ll email you beforehand and try to return any balance. Once inactive, a CAD 7 monthly administrative fee applies. You can reactivate by logging in.
10. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your card provider, we may suspend your Account while we investigate. Invalid or false chargeback requests may constitute fraud, in which case we will close your Account and freeze the funds.
11. Website Availability and Game Errors
12.1. We aim for 24/7 availability but can’t guarantee the Website will always be fault-free or uninterrupted, and we’re not liable for issues caused by your equipment, connection or third-party providers.
12.2. If a game malfunctions, bets made during the malfunction are void, as are any funds obtained from it. We may remove a game and correct balances to fix a bug.
12.3. You must not exploit any error on the Website. If you spot one, please tell us immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability we can’t lawfully exclude (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights).
13.2. Subject to the above, the Games and Website are provided “as is”, and our maximum liability for any bet or game will not exceed the value of the bets or wagers you placed in respect of that bet or game.
13. Termination / Suspension
14.1. We may close your Account with reasonable notice; any balance is returned, except where you’ve engaged in illegal or Prohibited Activity.
14.2. We may suspend your Account while investigating suspected Prohibited Activity. Prohibited Activities include: opening multiple Accounts; providing false information; name mismatches between Account and payment method; using bots or automated/unfair-advantage tools; using a VPN/proxy to hide your location; being located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; allowing third-party use of your Account; collusion or coordinated betting; chargebacks; money laundering, cheating or fraud; exceeding the bonus-money bet cap (CAD 5 per spin / CAD 0.50 per bet line); and any other material breach of these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (trademarks, software, images, text, audio, etc.) belongs to us, our group companies or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. Using the Website grants you no rights in that content beyond proper use of the Website.

16.1. To complain, contact us by email or live chat. We’ll acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 8 weeks.
